When Miriam "Nana" Diamond began baking cookies for her children more than 25 years ago, she was driven by the idea that a delicious cookie didn't need to be loaded with refined sugars artificial ingredients. After baking a few batches of her vegan cookies to rave reviews, she began selling them to local stores. More than two decades later, Nana's Cookie Company still bakes each Vegan and Gluten Free Cookie the way Nana did way back when. Only the highest-quality natural ingredients, including real fruit juice to sweeten. Each cookie baked at Nana's contains no dairy, eggs, cholesterol, GMO's, cane or beet products.
Additionally, Nana's Cookie Company is a Certified Gluten Free facility, meaning that you can feel confident in Nana's and our products if you're dealing with multiple food allergies, such as corn or wheat. Nana's takes the strictest care when working to prevent cross contamination. In fact, at Nana's, we have select "gluten free days" when we run only gluten free products. Our baking equipment is scrubbed down thoroughly prior to this, and our staff is trained on the importance of preventing against cross contamination. Of course, each of our products is individually wrapped so they're perfect to toss in the car or your desk as well.

Along with baking Gluten Free Cookies, Nana's Cookie Company has been a proud sponsor of the Celiac Disease Foundation for many years.
Celiac Disease (CD) is a lifelong inherited autoimmune condition affecting children and adults. When people with CD eat foods that contain gluten, it creates an immune-mediated toxic reaction that causes damage to the small intestine and does not allow food to be properly absorbed. Even small amounts of gluten in foods can affect those with CD and cause health problems. Damage can occur to the small bowel even when there are no symptoms present.
Gluten is the common name for the proteins in specific grains that are harmful to persons with celiac disease. These proteins are found in ALL forms of wheat (including durum, semolina, spelt, kamut, einkorn and faro) and related grains rye, barley and triticale and MUST be eliminated.

Better Than Dairy Queen “Ice Cream” Cake
1 pint So Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough frozen dessert, softened
1 pint So Delicious Vanilla Bean frozen dessert, softened
1 Nana’s No-Gluten Chocolate Cookie (crumbled)
1/4-1/2 cup Ah!Laska Organic Chocolate Syrup
1 handful gluten-free & dairy-free mini chocolate chips
In a small spring form pan or gelatin mold, layer 1 pint of frozen dessert, the crumbled cookie and the chocolate syrup. Top with the second pint of chocolate syrup. Freeze solid. Unmold from the pan. (If using a gelatin mold, you may need to submerge the pan in warm water briefly to get it to release.) Top with chocolate chips and return to freezer until ready to serve.
